Baptism Requirements:
For Child: Must provide birth certificate
For Godparents: Must be married in the Catholic Church and have been baptized, confirmed, and have received first communion
For Parents and Godparents: Must attend pre-baptismal classes

Pre-Baptism classes in English are usually held on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 8:30-9:30 AM. Pre-registration is required. Fill out the preliminary form below and someone from the parish office will contact you further. Questions? Contact the parish office at 256-353-2667
